The problem

Filling out a PDF form is something almost everyone has to do — a rental application, a consent form, a job offer, a government form downloaded as a PDF. Too often, the options are a heavyweight desktop editor with more features than the task needs, or a web tool that asks you to sign up and upload your document to a server before you can even see it.

Plenty of those PDFs aren't even “fillable” in the technical sense — they're scanned, or exported flat, with no interactive fields at all — and a lot of tools simply give up at that point.

The approach

FormFiller is built around a narrower, more deliberate goal: open any PDF, let you fill it — whether it has real form fields or not — sign it, and download it, as quickly and reliably as possible, entirely in your browser. Reliability, privacy and simplicity come first; everything else is secondary.

That's a deliberate trade-off. This isn't a full PDF editor — it doesn't rearrange pages, edit existing text, or merge documents. It's optimized for the one job most people actually need: get information onto a form and get a finished PDF back out.

Where things stand

This is a young, actively developed tool. It aims to be transparent about what it does and doesn't do — see the Privacy Policy and Privacy & Security pages for specifics — rather than making broad claims about scale, users or reviews it hasn't earned yet.
