These terms cover your use of FormFiller. By using the tool, you agree to them.
What this tool is
FormFiller is a free, browser-based tool for filling in, annotating and signing PDF documents. It is provided as a document editing utility, not as a source of legal, financial, tax or immigration advice, and not as an official channel for submitting anything to a government agency, employer, school or any other organization.
No warranty
The tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While care has been taken with how PDFs are read and generated, no guarantee is made that the tool is error-free, that a generated PDF will meet a specific requirement, or that it will be accepted by any particular recipient.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you type, check, date or sign using this tool.
- You are responsible for reviewing your completed document before relying on it, sending it, printing it or submitting it anywhere.
- You are responsible for having the right to fill in and sign the document you upload.
- You won't use the tool to create fraudulent, forged or misleading documents, or to impersonate someone else's signature without authorization.
Signatures placed with this tool
The signature feature places a visual image — drawn, typed or uploaded — onto a document. It does not verify the identity of the person signing, does not add any cryptographic or legally certified signature, and does not by itself guarantee that a document is legally binding. If your situation requires a certified or legally recognized electronic signature, check with a qualified professional about what that requires.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormFiller and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including but not limited to a document being rejected, a deadline being missed, or data loss from your own device or browser.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time as the tool changes. Continuing to use the tool after an update means you accept the revised terms.
