How to Fill Out the Same Information on Multiple PDF Forms

If you're filling out several forms in one sitting, save your details once instead of retyping your name and address every time.

Job applications, school enrollment paperwork, rental applications — a lot of real-world PDF filling means retyping the same basic details, form after form. Saving your details once and reusing them cuts that down significantly.

  1. 1

    Open the My Details panel

In the tool's sidebar, open My Details and fill in the fields you expect to reuse — name, email, phone, address and similar. This deliberately stops short of sensitive fields like ID or bank numbers, since those shouldn't be reused this way.

  2. 2

    Save it to your device

Choose Save — your details are stored locally in your browser, not sent anywhere, and stay there until you clear them yourself.

  3. 3

Open your first form and run Autofill

Upload the PDF, then use the Autofill button. It matches your saved details to fields it can confidently identify — a field labeled "Email" gets your saved email, for instance.

  4. 4

    Review before it's applied

Autofill shows you a preview of exactly what it's about to fill in, so you can catch anything before it lands on the page. It deliberately leaves a field blank rather than guess when it isn't confident.

  5. 5

    Repeat for the next form

Your saved details carry over automatically — open the next PDF and run Autofill again, without retyping anything.
